❌ How Can I Cancel My Order?
You can now cancel your order directly from our website within 4 hours of placing it. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and click on 'Cancel Order'. Refunds will be initiated automatically upon cancellation.
🛍️💼 Are There Any Fees for Cancellations?
If a cancellation request is made after the product has reached the shipping stage, a partial deduction will be applied (depending on the product), and the remaining value will be credited back to the original payment method.

💸💳 What Is the Cancellation Policy?
Customers can cancel their order from “My Account” after logging in the website. Go to orders, and choose the order which is it to cancelled/returned. Once canceled, the refund will be processed and credited to the source account.
Note: Refunds are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after approval and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's policies. ⏳🏦
⚠️📦 What If I Want to Cancel After the Order Has Been Shipped?
We do not accept cancellations once the product has been dispatched. If the product reaches you and has quality issues, you can contact our support team at support@pikkme.com within 3 days of delivery. Provide images of the product to report issues such as:
- Fitting issues or incompatibility with your mobile model.
- Incorrect button or port positions.
- Completely wrong product received.
- Damaged product received.
We will either dispatch a new product at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
