Return , Refund & Replacement Policy

We have a 7-days replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. 

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the product.

If your replacement is accepted, we will ship your replacement order at zero additional cost and you will receive the tracking details for the same on your email ID.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
In any case if we will be unable to process your replacement request within 2-3 business days, we will initiate a full refund and will notify you for the same. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
