Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping coverage: We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order processing and dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time: After dispatch, delivery normally takes 3-5 working days for metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) and 5-8 working days for the rest of India. Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach pin codes may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather, strikes, public holidays or delays on the part of our courier partners. We will keep you updated if such a delay occurs.

Shipping charges: Shipping is free on all orders across India. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. No hidden charges are added at checkout.

Payment: We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Order tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link is sent to you by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also check the status of your order using the Track Your Order link on our website.

Delivery address: Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, pin code and mobile number while placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, re-shipment will be arranged only after confirmation from the customer.

Damaged or tampered parcels: If the parcel appears damaged, tampered with or has a broken seal at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. If you have already accepted it, please email an unboxing video and photographs to support@pikkme.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will process a replacement or refund.

Failed or undelivered orders: If delivery fails after three attempts, or the parcel is undelivered and returned to us by the courier, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
