Pikkme does not collect, see, store or have access to your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or banking passwords at any time. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded or failed, together with a transaction reference number and, in some cases, the last few digits of the instrument used, so that we can process your order and any refund.

We will never ask you for your card number, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN or bank credentials over phone, email, WhatsApp or any other channel. If anyone claiming to be from Pikkme asks you for these details, please do not share them and report it to us immediately at support@pikkme.com.
